The Voluntary Action Center serves as the agency of first and last resorts, providing information and referral to the social services community, as well as emergency assistance when local programs are unable to meet critical needs. The Voluntary Action Center provides volunteer coordination and acts as a catalyst in identifying and addressing emergency community needs.
